Hi everyone and welcome to FitBody by Sara. My name is Sara, qualified personal trainer, specialized in pre/ postnatal fitness, post injurie recovery and reformer Pilates. Qualified nutrition advisor.

Fitness and healthy, balanced diet are my passion and I love what I do. It is amazing to work with so many different people and be able to help them in their fitness journey and help them build healthy relationship with food.

Each and every one of my courses helped me to understand more how the human body works and improved my knowledge.
